経済・産業領域
経済・産業領域には、「金融・証券論」、「保険論」、「交通・公共政策・産業組織論」、「計量経済学」、「国際経済学」、 「産業史・経営史」、および「産業関係論」などの研究分野があります。この領域に共通する学術基盤は、応用ミクロ経済学および応用マクロ経済学ですが、各分野にはその研究目的や分析手法などに対応して、多彩で個性的な科目体系が構築されています。この科目体系は、産業・経済社会を特徴付ける諸問題を、時代の変遷の中で、あるいは国際的な視野の中で、さらにはさまざまなステイクホルダーの視点から、多角的かつ柔軟に議論できるように設計されています。例えば、本研究科に設置された講義やセミナー、共同プロジェクトへの参加を通じて、金融・保険制度および市場メカニズム、政策運営のコスト・ベネフィット評価、ミクロ・マクロ計量経済分析の手法、グローバル経済における貿易・投資問題、産業・経済発展の史的解析、企業内労働市場や労務管理問題などが真摯に探求され、実践的に応用されます。各分野におけるこれら研究の機会は、産業・経済社会を貫く諸現象の本質を、自らの力で判断する能力と識見を醸成するものとなります。
