Girls' Senior High School—New Student Orientation—

On April 7, the start of the new academic year, the Girls' Senior High School held a New Student Orientation hosted by the Student Council. The new students, who had been eagerly awaiting this day with fresh anticipation, were all smiles and were welcomed with cheers from the upperclassmen.

Preparations for the orientation began in early November, after the formation of the Student Council. The Student Council members took the lead in managing everything, from devising the concept and program to editing videos and pamphlets, and handling the sound and lighting. This year, they put special effort into the entrance music for the new students and the videos explaining the school uniform and student life. Furthermore, they decorated the blackboards in each of the first-year classrooms with art to give the new students a heartfelt welcome.

The 2025 Student Council has adopted the slogan "Rise as one!" We were able to create an orientation that embodied this philosophy, uniting new and current students. Moving forward, we hope to continue working with Student Council members across all grades, classes, and club activities to further develop the Girls' Senior High School Student Council.
