Keio Shiki Senior High School: Singing Instruction for the Juku-ka
Just before the entrance ceremony, new students receive singing instruction for the Juku-ka, which they will sing at the ceremony. Every year, this important role is undertaken by the members of the Wagner Society Male Choir. First, the members of the Wagner Society give a model performance, followed by singing instruction for the new students. Their skill in teaching the song in a short time while easing the new students' tension is quite impressive. The entrance ceremony proceeded in a friendly atmosphere, and the time came for the Rendition of Alma Mater "The Juku-ka". Encouraged by the senior Wagner Society members singing behind them, the new students' rendition of the Juku-ka echoed throughout the gymnasium.
