Vice-President Shinnosuke Obi Visits King’s College London

Keio University Vice-President Prof. Obi visited King’s College London on Friday November 22, to meet with Prof. Funmi Olonisakin, Vice-President and Vice-Principal International at King’s College London. The two became acquainted with each other last year, but this was Prof. Obi’s first official visit as a vice-president.
They were joined in the meeting by Prof. Graeme Earl, Vice Dean of External Relations and Dr. Chihiro Sato, a visiting scholar to King’s College from the Keio University Graduate School of Media Design. Dr. Sato gave a presentation to update everyone on research collaborations surrounding the field of digital humanities. Both vice-presidents expressed their commitment to ensuring the further strengthening of ties between the two universities, particularly in interdisciplinary research activities and in promoting staff mobility.
