The Falling Walls Science Summit, held every November in Berlin on the anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall, challenges participants to consider the next "wall" that should fall in science and society.
During his talk at the circle plenary table, President Itoh touched upon the development of "high performance computers (HPC)," also known as "supercomputers," in Japan such as the K Computer and Fugaku, and discussed how quantum computers and AI can help make advancements in science and find solutions for social issues.
