Establishment of a Reception Counter for "Consultation Corners for Concerns about the Female/Male Body"
January 12, 2022
Keio University has recently set up a consultation service for students, faculty, and staff members who have questions or concerns related to the female/male body.
Based at the Hiyoshi Campus, this project allows for in-person consultations to discuss issues related to obstetrics and gynecology, breast health, and urology (free of charge/reservation required) with specialists from the Keio University Hospital and Health Center. For those who have classes or work commitments that prevent them from attending consultations directly at the Hiyoshi Campus during designated times, they can also schedule an online session from the Health Center of their affiliated campus. For more information about the Consultations, please refer to the following website.
In April of 2018, Keio University established the Office for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. Since then, the office has been involved in a variety of initiatives. The recent creation of the consultation corners is a part of these efforts to create an inclusive environment within Keio.
