Keio President Haseyama Visits King’s College London
December 3, 2018
On November 16, President Akira Haseyama and Provost Tojiro Aoyama paid a courtesy visit to Professor Ed Byrne, President and Principal of King’s College London. Over the years, the universities have built a strong relationship with various student exchanges including a three-campus program, a joint summer school for medical students, and a joint-workshop on ageing research. The presidents used this opportunity to discuss further collaboration between the two universities in the research areas of Keio’s three global initiatives―longevity, security, and creativity―which have much in common with King’s College London’s "King’s Strategic Vision 2029."
