The Spring 2017 Undergraduate Entrance Ceremony will be held as follows.
Please be reminded that the ceremony is only open to undergraduate students entering the university and their families.
Any changes will be announced on this web page.

Morning session:
10:00–11:45 (tentative)
The venue will open at 9:00. Please enter the hall by 9:30.
Afternoon session:
15:00–16:45 (tentative)
The venue will open at 14:00. Please enter the hall by 14:30.
Entry is not permitted after the ceremony has begun, so please be on time.

Hiyoshi Commemorative Hall, Hiyoshi Campus
(Please note that there is no heating system in the hall.)

Notes
To family members:
Family members are welcome to attend the ceremony at the Hiyoshi Commemorative Hall and other venues. Once the Hiyoshi Commemorative Hall is full, you will be directed towards other venues. Please follow the instructions of the staff.
At other venues, you will be able to view the ceremony on large screens.
Please note that you may be refused entry if there are a large number of attendants as the number of seats in the Hiyoshi Commemorative Hall and other venues are limited.
Furthermore, at the Hiyoshi Commemorative Hall, seating is separated for new students and family members.
Other notes:
Cars are not permitted on campus. Please refrain from coming to the ceremony by car.
