Receiving your CNS account and keio.jp account
You can confirm your CNS account and keio.jp activation key on SFC ITC website from Sep. 13, 10:00am.
Please confirm them soon. However please activate your keio.jp account on and after Sep. 22, 8:30am.
You must activate your keio.jp account before course registration.
Student ID Card Issuance
The Student ID Cards for freshmen were mailed out by simplified registered mail (簡易書留) to the student's registered address on September 27. *Updated Sep.27
Please note that the cards may only be mailed to those who have addresses in Japan. If a certain period of time has passed since dispatch and you have not yet received your card, please contact the e-mail address below.

If you reside outside of Japan, your Student ID Card will be sent out after you arrive in Japan. Please register your address in Japan by logging in to keio.jp, selecting "Various changes" from the top menu (or the top right menu button on a smartphone), and then selecting "Confirmation/Change of Address". After the registration is complete, please contact the Shonan Fujisawa Campus Academic Affairs Office via e-mail.

Academic Calendar
Please confirm the schedule on the Student Website "2021 Academic Calendar".
You will find information about the curriculum and the course registration on the Student Website "Cautions Regarding Online Course Registration".
You need a CNS account to log in "SFC Syllabus Search".
If you enter the Master Program from the undergraduate school in SFC, please use your account of the undergraduate until Sep.22 morning. You will be able to use the one of graduate school on and after Sep.22, 6:00pm.
Students must apply for the screening from Sep.17, 3:00pm(tentative) till Sep.28, 5:00pm to register for Program Courses (HEISETSU) / courses for undergraduate at SFC that have restrictions on registration besides Course Registration.
*You need a CNS account for application. Students who graduate from Faculty of Policy Management or Faculty of Environment and Information Studies in September should apply for it after the new CNS account is available (Sep.22).

Information for Master Students
Professional Courses
Professional Courses are designed to prepare Master's Program students for highly specialized career paths after graduation, and each course awards a certificate upon its completion. Master's Program students can take these courses, although it is not mandatory to acquire the Master degree.
If you want to obtain a certificate, please contact the course chairperson.
Orientation Materials for Professional Courses
* There is no materials for Innovative Future Strategist Course, Cybersecurity Course and International Advanced Degrees Course.
Transfeable Credits Earned Before Entering the Master's Program
Application: Students who would like to transfer credits should apply by Application Form.

An on-demand webinar in English: "How to Use Media Centers (Libraries)! 2021 (On-Demand Webinar)"
New international students and returnees planning to take the Japanese courses in fall semester 2021 need to take Japanese level check tests and consult with teachers online. Please visit the SFC Japanese language Section website (https://japanese.sfc.keio.ac.jp/wp/) and complete Steps 1, 2, and 3 by *September 22*. *On September 24, 12:30-14:00*, the oral test will be conducted online. Further information (e.g., the link for online meetings) will be sent to the email address you provided in Step3 the day before the test date. Please check your email often.
