Developing Problem-Solving Professionals Who Create the Future

The education pursued by the Keio University Faculty of Policy Management, Faculty of Environment and Information Studies, and Graduate School of Media and Governance is not about "being given a problem and taught the correct answer," but rather "thinking for oneself about what the problem is, creating a method to solve it, and putting it into practice" ("Problem-Finding and Problem-Solving").

This is because many problems existing in real society are difficult to solve through a single academic discipline (such as economics or medical sciences) alone. Through cross-disciplinary "Problem-Finding and Problem-Solving" learning, we develop problem-solving professionals who create the future.
