Receiving your CNS account and keio.jp account
You can confirm your CNS account and keio.jp activation key on SFC ITC website from Mar.26 (Thu.), around 10:00am. Please confirm them soon.
However please activate your keio.jp account on and after Apr.1 (Wed.), 8:30am.
- You must activate your keio.jp account before course registration.
Student ID Card Issuance
Date and time: 9:30-15:30 on Thursday, Apr.2
Location: Office of Student Services counter on the first floor of the A Building at SFC
Documents to be submitted: Student Information Card (Make sure to complete the reverse side as well.)
You will require your Student ID card when undergoing the annual health check. If you are unable to receive it on the above date and time, pick it up at the Office of Student Services counter on the first floor of the A Building at a later date (on weekdays 9:15-16:30) as soon as possible.
The Student ID Card cannot be picked up by anyone other than students themselves.
Be sure to check your name and date of birth on your Student ID Card and registration sticker (issued with your Student ID Card). Your name on your Student ID Card will appear on documents including various certificates, so be sure to check your name in detail such as the spelling, order, and your middle name if you have one. If your student ID Card was issued with an error in your name or other information, carry out the necessary procedures to correct information at the Office of Student Services counter on the first floor of the A Building by no later than Friday, Apr. 24.

Please check K-LMS (communication system related to study, research and classes) for information regarding courses. You need a keio.jp account to log in K-LMS as well.
Students who wish to take Undergraduate/Graduate Jointly Offered Courses(HEISETSU) / courses for undergraduate students at SFC that have screenings on registration other than Course Registration should check the selection process detailed in the syllabus and follow the student selection procedures according to those screenings. Undergraduate/graduate joint courses can be confirmed from the list.(Assignment screening process)
For courses requiring assignment submissions, please prepare in advance. Activate your keio.jp account on April 1st. Access the syllabus via your keio.jp account and submit assignments using the "Assignment Submission URL" following the instructions in the manual below. The manual is available here (accessible after activating your keio.jp account).
For assignments with deadlines before April 1st, please ask the course lecturer to add you to the registration list at the first class. If you wish to take a course in the second half of the semester, you must register during the same course registration period as spring semester courses.
(Added on March 19, 2026) If you were enrolled at Keio prior to March, your keio.jp account will remain the old student account until March. Please do NOT submit assignments for student screenings via K-LMS before March 31, 2026.

*The first class of the Academic Project will be held between Friday, April 3, and Tuesday, April 21. The date, time, and classroom vary depending on the project, so please be sure to check the syllabus for details, including important notes. Please note that additional procedures may be required for course registration.
*Please note that doctoral students are not allowed to add or remove Academic Projects during the Course Registration Amendment Period. Therefore, if you plan to enroll in an Academic Project, be sure to register during the Course Registration Period (Second), and if you decide not to take it, please cancel your registration during the Course Registration Cancellation Period.

Professional Courses are designed to prepare Master's Program students for highly specialized career paths after graduation, and each course awards a certificate upon its completion. Japanese Language Course Guidance for international students and returnees
Graduate-level new students (international students or returnees) who plan to take Japanese courses should visit the SFC Japanese Language Section website ( https://japanese.sfc.keio.ac.jp/wp/) and complete Steps 1, 2, and 3 of the Japanese Level Check Test By *Tuesday March 31*. After that, an individual consultation/interview will be held on Thursday, April 2 (afternoon) at the Japanese Language Section office (λ207). The interview will take approximately 10 minutes per person. Your interview time will be sent to the email address you entered in Step 3 by the evening of Wednesday, April 1. Please check your email on Thursday, April 2.
Keio Japanese Courses (KJC) Students who want to take Keio Japanese Courses at Mita Campus should read the application guideline carefully and establish procedures correctly. If you have questions, please contact the office of Japanese Language Program Center for Japanese Studies jlp-inquiry@adst.keio.ac.jp.
Please refer to the "Keio Japanese Courses Guidebook" after online registration. The period of online registration which is mandatory is from Mar.11(Wed.) 3:00pm to 23(Mon)10:00 (JST).
