KGRI Challenge Grant
This is an intra-university research grant system for research projects in any of the following fields: 'Emerging,' 'Interdisciplinary,' 'International,' 'Cross-Domain,' 'Integration of Humanities and Sciences,' or 'Humanities and Social Sciences.'
The research grant system implemented as the ""KGRI Humanities and Social Sciences Grant"" in AY2024 has been integrated into this grant, and is now offered as support for the ""Humanities and Social Sciences"" field.

Startup Research Grant
This grant is for researchers within the university who aim to launch international and interdisciplinary research projects. In AY2023, 3 researchers were awarded 2 million yen each.

Pre-Startup Research Grant
This grant is for researchers within the university who aim to launch international and interdisciplinary research projects. In AY2023, 5 researchers were awarded 800,000 yen each, and 5 researchers were awarded 300,000 yen each.
