KGRI provides support that leads to the creation of interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary research projects.

This fiscal year, to strengthen one of its missions—supporting projects in the humanities, social sciences, and interdisciplinary fields—KGRI has launched the KGRI Humanity and Social Science Grant (KGRI HSS Grant) to support researchers in these areas.

The recipients for this fiscal year are as follows. We hope that this grant will be used appropriately and effectively by the recipients and will contribute to the advancement of their respective research. Furthermore, we look forward to seeing this lead to the development of larger-scale and more original research through the acquisition of external funding in the coming years.
