In order to ensure that students can engage in school life and club activities with peace of mind, our school assigns athletic trainers not only to the Health room during weekdays but also after school on weekdays and on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. On Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, they are available from 9:00 to 16:00 to provide first aid for injuries or sudden illnesses during club activities, as well as to check physical conditions.
Additionally, after school on weekdays, they provide guidance on the safe use of training equipment, check for correct form during strength training, and offer advice on stretching methods. A characteristic of our school is that we provide support tailored to each student's physical condition, leading to injury prevention and performance improvement.
Our school has over 40 sports clubs, and many students are active every day toward high goals. In such an environment, we value not only the improvement of competitive skills but also "creating an environment where activities can be continued safely." By having athletic trainers with specialized knowledge support students on a daily basis alongside teachers, it provides peace of mind not only for the students themselves but also for their parents.
One of the features of our school is that we have a system in place to support students so that they can feel secure in their daily activities, including school life and club activities, as well as in their studies.
