Message from Faculty
I am committed to advancing research and education to help create a society in which women can remain healthy, live authentically, and thrive throughout every stage of life. Through improving women's health, I also hope to contribute to the well-being of their families, workplaces, future generations, and society as a whole. A central principle of my work is translating questions that arise from clinical practice and occupational health into research and translating research findings back into healthcare and society. I believe that women's health can only be fully understood by integrating biological mechanisms with social and environmental determinants. Thus, my research combines biological data, including multiomics, with information on lifestyle, workplace, and other social factors to better understand women's health across the life course and to generate evidence for personalized prevention and health promotion.
