Regarding the "Voice of Nurses" Survey
We are conducting a survey for all nurses and midwives.
This survey is being conducted by the Office for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion to gather your opinions for a review of the "Nurse Kids☆Support" program and for the future revision and expansion of the system.
We would appreciate your feedback not only on "Nurse Kids☆Support" but also on Keio University's overall systems related to childcare.
Please be aware that while the feedback we receive will be used for various considerations within the Office for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, we cannot guarantee that all submitted suggestions will be adopted.
However, the survey itself is anonymous and contains no items that would identify you personally, so please feel free to share your honest opinions.
Please note that the aggregated results, including the open-ended responses, may be made public. Furthermore, if it is determined that publishing the content as is would be problematic from the standpoint of protecting personal information, we may take measures such as redacting or summarizing parts of the content before publication.
