Office for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion
Keio University has established the "Office for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion" to build an environment where faculty, staff, and students respect each other's personalities, recognize diverse values, and live together in cooperation. The office promotes various initiatives aimed at realizing a collaborative environment and promptly addressing issues related to the acceptance of diversity.
This office, which was formed through the progressive reorganization of the Office for Gender Equality and the Barrier-Free Committee, is a university-wide organization aimed at leading the formation of a collaborative society in Japan through the promotion of projects related to work-life balance, accessibility, diversity, and community engagement.
