Regarding the Survey on Childcare
We are conducting a survey on childcare for all faculty and staff members.
This survey is being conducted to gather your opinions for the review of the "KIDS Program" provided by the Office for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, and for future revisions and enhancements to the system.
We would appreciate your feedback not only on the KIDS Program but also on Keio University's overall childcare-related systems.
The feedback you provide will be used for various considerations within the Office for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. However, please be aware in advance that your suggestions may not necessarily be adopted.
However, the survey itself is anonymous and contains no items that would identify your personal information, so please feel free to share your honest opinions.
Please note that the aggregated results, including the free-response answers, may be made public. Furthermore, if it is determined that publishing the content as is would be problematic from the perspective of personal information protection, we may take measures such as partially redacting or summarizing the content before publication.

Faculty and staff members (Those who have not used the KIDS Program are also welcome to respond.)

From Friday, December 9, 2022, to Tuesday, January 31, 2023
