Regarding the Survey on Childcare
We are conducting a survey on childcare for all faculty and staff members.
This survey is being conducted by the Office for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion to gather your feedback for the review of the "KIDS Program" and for future revisions and enhancements to our systems.
We would appreciate your feedback not only on the KIDS Program but also on the overall childcare-related systems at Keio University.
Please note that the feedback you provide will be used for various considerations within the Office for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, but this does not guarantee that your suggestions will be adopted.
However, the survey is anonymous and contains no items that would identify you, so please provide your candid feedback.
Please also note that the aggregated results, including open-ended responses, may be made public. Furthermore, if we determine that publishing the content as-is would be inappropriate from the perspective of personal information protection, we may take measures such as redacting or summarizing portions of the content before making it public.

1. Eligibility
Faculty and staff members (Those who have not used the KIDS Program are also welcome to respond.)

From Wednesday, December 15, 2021, to Monday, January 31, 2022
