*Event introduction video: 2023/12/8 Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Week Screening Announcement - YouTube
The protagonist is told, "The only way to survive is a bone marrow transplant." His life is saved by a single donor whose face and name he does not know. It is a life that cannot be saved by the skills of excellent doctors alone. What exists there is the will to live and the goodwill of people who respond to it. This film is a story of life, planned, originally conceived, and starred in by Mr. Daigo Higuchi, a leukemia survivor.
On the day of the event, Mr. Higuchi and Keio University students who have been raising awareness for the bone marrow bank will hold a talk session. If you had a ticket to save someone's life, would you use it? How would your family react?

"Secrets to Balancing Work and Caregiving: Learn the Basics of Caregiving to Navigate It While Working"
It is said that the need for caregiving can arise suddenly. If you try to shoulder the burden alone, thinking you are the only one who can care for your parents, it could lead to leaving your job for caregiving. If you decide to "continue working," it becomes a matter of how to balance work and caregiving. In this seminar, we will share tips on how to tackle caregiving as a project by skillfully using long-term care insurance services and work-life balance support systems, as well as hints for achieving balance in the workplace, with concrete examples.
