The Keio University Baseball Club won the 2021 Spring Tokyo Big6 Baseball League, claiming their 38th title and first overall victory in three seasons.

The Baseball Club, whose victory had already been confirmed in the previous week, faced into the "sokeisen" (Waseda-Keio Baseball Game) looking to tie up their league matches on Saturday, May 29 and Sunday, May 30. In the first round on Saturday, May 29, even with Waseda opening the scoring, three runs from Keio in the top of the 4th inning successfully turned the tables, and the team was able to hold on to its lead to secure a 3-2 victory. Keio again found themselves trailing Waseda in the second round game on the following day, Sunday, May 30, and while they continued to create openings till the end, the ultimate result saw Keio narrowly lose 2-4.
