The importance of the issue of non-sampling error in social surveys (such as declining collection rates, sampling failures, and measurement deficiencies) has long been pointed out. However, there seem to have been few attempts to systematically consider this issue. In this seminar, we have invited Mr. Harumasa Yoshimura, who compiled the book "Non-sampling Error in Social Surveys" in 2017, to give a lecture on this topic. We hope to have a broad discussion on the issue of non-sampling error in social surveys. We welcome all who are interested.
Moderator: Isamu Sugino (Professor, Institute for Education and Human Development, Ochanomizu University)
