AY 2025 Graduate Entrance Ceremony

The AY 2025 Graduate Entrance Ceremony will be held as follows.
*Details of the event may be subject to change should unforeseen circumstances occur. Any changes will be posted on this page. Please be sure to check back for the latest information.
*Please note that each new student may invite up to two family members to the ceremony.
*For new students who require special assistance related to ushering, seat reservations, or other accommodations reach out via the contact information listed below under "For inquiries on the ceremony" at least two weeks prior to the ceremony.
| Date and time | April 1 (Tue.), 2025 Venue opens: 8:40 Arrive by: 9:10 Graduate Entrance Ceremony: 9:30—10:10 Please arrive at the venue by no later than 9:10. *Please note that you will not be permitted to enter or leave the venue once the ceremony has begun. |

| Venue | Hiyoshi Commemorative Hall, Hiyoshi Campus ・Refer to the map linked above for directions. ・Please use public transportation when coming to the venue. ・Refrain from gathering in front of the Hiyoshi Station ticket gates or nearby areas, as this can cause issues with pedestrian traffic. To family members: ・Please note that each new student may invite up to two family members to the ceremony. ・Please attend the ceremony at Hiyoshi Commemorative Hall, Hiyoshi Campus along with the new students. |
