Comment from Kazuki Nagata

I am very happy to have been selected for the Study: Science Art Award.

This work is an installation focusing on the materiality and design of AI (ChatGPT), and was created as part of my Master's research.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Professor Akira Wakita for his guidance, as well as to everyone in the laboratory and all those involved. Thank you very much.

Comments from Yuki Morita, Ryudai Misawa, and Takuya Deriba

We are truly honored to have been selected for the finalist exhibition of the Study: Science Art Award by ROHTO Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Our work, "Shino-Juku," depicts a future where brainwave measurement technology is applied to educational settings. From our perspective as students currently receiving an education, we aimed to create a space to reconsider "what it means to learn" and, by extension, "what it means to be human" in an era where education is transformed by technology.

We feel it is deeply meaningful to have been able to share such a message at a related event of the Osaka Expo, where windows into the future gather.

Finally, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the judges and the management team who supported us.
