Comments from Hitoshi Kawakami

I am very honored to have been selected for the President's Award, the highest award in this poster session.

I have loved insects and nature since I was a child, and this has actually led to my current research theme.

I was able to conceive and carry out this research based on ideas gained from experiences that are an extension of what I love to do.

I truly feel that this was possible because I was able to conduct my research in a blessed environment like SFC, which affirms my passions.

I am currently in the process of writing a paper on the content presented in this poster, and I hope to have more good news to report soon.

I will also be advancing to the Doctoral Programs next academic year, and I hope to use this achievement as motivation to further advance my research and contribute, even in a small way, to achieving a nature-positive world.

Lastly, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Professor Ichinose, Professor Kuroda, the members of the Ichinose and Kuroda labs, my family, and everyone else who has supported me. Thank you very much.
