2024.10.01
The application deadline has been extended to November 1 (Fri). (Updated October 1, 2024)
The area surrounding the Keio University Shonan Fujisawa Campus (SFC) is designated as the "Health and Culture Forest District," one of the urban centers in Fujisawa City's Urban Master Plan. Currently, in the "Health and Culture Forest District," urban infrastructure development is underway to create a "Campus Town that Creates the Future" that will continue to develop sustainably through industry-academia-government-citizen collaboration, with SFC's technological clusters in fields such as information, environment, and medicine, as well as its academic and research functions, at its core.
As part of these efforts, this fiscal year, we will hold the SFC EXPO Special Event: "Community Development Idea Contest 2024" (Hosted by: SFC; Co-hosted by: Fujisawa City, Fujisawa City Health and Culture Forest District Land Readjustment Association, and Fujita Corporation).
In this contest, we are soliciting ideas from students under the theme of the creation of parks in the "Health and Culture Forest District." We hope that through this idea contest, new connections in industry-academia-government-citizen collaboration among students, researchers, companies, local residents, Fujisawa City, and others will be strengthened, advancing community development that creates the future.
Applications for this contest are open if the lead proposer is enrolled in a faculty, graduate school, or school at SFC (Faculty of Policy Management, Faculty of Environment and Information Studies, Faculty of Nursing and Medical Care, Graduate School of Media and Governance, Graduate School of Health Management, or Keio Shonan Fujisawa Junior and Senior High School).
[Application Deadline]: November 1 (Fri) *Extended
The exhibition of submitted works and the awards ceremony are scheduled to be held at the SFC EXPO at SFC on Sunday, November 24.
This is a unique opportunity for SFC students to participate in the creation of the "Campus Town that Creates the Future." We encourage you to propose a unique park that embodies the future of the campus town.
