Kazuki Nagata (4th year, Faculty of Environment and Information Studies) Selected for Agency for Cultural Affairs' Media Arts Creator Development Support Program

A project by Kazuki Nagata, a fourth-year student in the Faculty of Environment and Information Studies and a member of Professor Akira Wakita's laboratory, and his collaborators has been selected for the Agency for Cultural Affairs' Media Arts Creator Development Support Program.

The Agency for Cultural Affairs' Media Arts Creator Development Support Program is a project sponsored by the Agency for Cultural Affairs aimed at supporting the creative activities of young creators who will lead the next generation of media arts.

This year, the 13th iteration of the program, received 53 applications for its Domestic Creator Presentation Support Program, and 24 projects were selected, including Nagata and his team's project, "A City that Generates Electricity and a Forest of Advertisements." An event and exhibition to present the results are scheduled to be held in February.
