Comment from Project Assistant Professor Sho Takagi

I am greatly honored to receive such a wonderful award from the long-established Jichitai Gakkai. This paper analyzes the policy process of how the "Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)," an international goal adopted in 2015, were reflected in the comprehensive plans of leading domestic municipalities. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the people of Shimokawa, Hokkaido, who cooperated with the research for this paper, to the reviewers of this paper, to my supervising professors, and to my colleagues in the laboratory.
