Comment from Koni Sato (4th-year student, Faculty of Environment and Information Studies)
I am very honored to have received the Excellence Award at the SDGs Student Essay Award sponsored by Sumitomo Riko. In this paper, we wrote on the theme of purpose branding to be chosen by Generation Z.
I am very happy that the paper, which I spent a month writing with Ms. Takechi from the same laboratory while making full use of the SFC Media Center , has been recognized. I would like to express my gratitude to Professor Yuichiro Shimizu for his daily guidance, my seminar members with whom I have been working hard and deepening my learning, the companies that cooperated with interviews for this paper, and the staff at the Media Center who purchased books for us. Thank you very much.
Comment from Kana Takechi (4th-year student, Faculty of Policy Management)
I am honored to have received an award for our co-authored work again this year. Through writing this paper, I learned about the concept of "purpose" for the first time, and I feel that my understanding of companies has become clearer. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the companies that agreed to be interviewed and to Professor Yuichiro Shimizu for his daily guidance.
