An information session for SFC (Faculty of Policy Management, Faculty of Environment and Information Studies, and the Graduate School of Media and Governance) will be held at the Keio Osaka City Campus . We welcome all who are considering applying to or are interested in SFC.

[Morning Session] 10:00 AM–12:00 PM

[Afternoon Session] 2:00 PM–4:00 PM

Registration Information

Registration Deadline: 10:00 AM, Friday, June 24

Registration is accepted separately for the morning and afternoon sessions. The morning and afternoon sessions are completely separate, with different attendees for each.

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration will close once capacity is reached.

Although the reservation system has a field for "Number of Participants," please be sure to register for one person only.

(Please note that even if a reservation is made for multiple people, only one person will be admitted on the day of the event.)

If you wish to attend with multiple people, each person must register individually.

Due to limited capacity, attendance is restricted to prospective students and high school students considering future application. We kindly ask that parents or guardians refrain from attending or accompanying participants.

The content for the morning and afternoon sessions is the same, so please register for only one. At the time of registration, we recommend that those interested in the Faculty of Policy Management sign up for the morning session, and those interested in the Faculty of Environment and Information Studies sign up for the afternoon session.

The event may be canceled at short notice due to the spread of infectious diseases, severe weather, or other circumstances. Please be sure to check the email address you registered with on the day before the event for any cancellation notices.

"Request for Cooperation in Infection Prevention Measures" Wearing a non-woven mask correctly is mandatory indoors.

Please be sure to disinfect your hands with alcohol upon entry. After entering, please use the disinfectant provided in the room to sanitize your hands as needed.

Your temperature will be checked with a non-contact thermometer upon entry. You will not be permitted to enter if your temperature is 37.5°C or higher.

Please maintain social distancing to prevent droplet infection. Also, please refrain from speaking in a loud voice.

Please also feel free to use the alcohol disinfectant for equipment provided in the room.

Individuals with a temperature of 37.5°C or higher, or those who are feeling unwell or have cold-like symptoms, will not be admitted.

"Requests for the Day of the Event" Doors will open at 9:30 AM for the morning session and 1:30 PM for the afternoon session.

SFC will be holding its "Camp for Designing the Future" again this year. This is a "camp" (workshop) for high school students where they can experience SFC's perspectives and ways of thinking. If you are interested in SFC, please also take a look here .
