SFC Open Research Forum (ORF) 2021 was held online
from Friday, November 19 to Tuesday, November 30, 2021.
ORF has been held since 1996 with the aim of returning the results (seeds) of advanced research at Shonan Fujisawa Campus (SFC) to society and further developing industry-academia-government collaboration. This year, as in fiscal 2020, the event was held online due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The theme for this 26th event was "Re: cross." In addition to unique SFC-style research presentation projects such as EXHIBITIONs and sessions, we streamed a special dialogue with PLATINUM SPONSOR Cisco Systems G.K. titled "How Will Digital Change Society? - Challenges and Initiatives in DX from the Perspective of Digital Government." From the afternoon of Tuesday, November 23 (a national holiday), we also streamed "Re: cross LIVE," a special session where currently active alumni and faculty members came together to make proposals to society.
