The March 18, 2019 News states that the requirements for admissions up to the 2019 academic year will be maintained, and the basic conditions for applicants from high schools outside of Japan will remain unchanged. Additionally, applications from graduates of domestic high schools who meet the specified conditions will now be accepted.
