If you have difficulty with your application due to the impact of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), such as being unable to submit your certificate of graduation (or expected graduation) or academic transcript, please contact the Admissions Office at ao-request@sfc.keio.ac.jp .
Additionally, due to the impact of COVID-19, we are currently planning to conduct the second screening (interview) remotely. The final admission decision will be based on a comprehensive assessment of both the first screening evaluation and the second screening (interview). Applicants who pass the first screening will be individually notified of the method for conducting the remote interview. However, please note that this may be canceled or changed depending on the spread of the infection.
Please prepare for the remote interview by keeping the following points in mind:
1. Please prepare your own web camera, headphones, and microphone. Please refrain from using speakers.
2. Please take the interview in a private room and ensure that no one else is present.
3. We will set a date for a system check in advance. As a general rule, please use the same room for the interview as you do for the system check. If you must use a different room for a special reason, please consult the Admissions Office promptly after the first screening results are announced.
4. To ensure a fair examination, the university will record the interview. However, any photography, audio recording, or video recording by the applicant is strictly prohibited.
