In accordance with the policy of the Keio University COVID-19 Task Force, and to mitigate the risk of COVID-19 infection at our facilities, Keio University strongly requests that all non-essential and non-urgent events, conferences, and meetings scheduled to be held in university facilities until the end of May be canceled or postponed. We will provide further information regarding the use of facilities from June onward based on the situation at that time.
Please note that the on-campus use of facilities by the faculties, graduate schools, and affiliated schools at Shonan Fujisawa Campus (SFC) will be handled in accordance with the policies of each respective faculty, graduate school, and affiliated school.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this sudden decision may cause to those who have already booked our facilities, and we ask for your understanding of the circumstances.
