The memorandum stipulates collaborative cooperation in research and development, utilizing the "Tottori Prefecture Richness of Connections Index" and its findings, which were jointly developed by The Nippon Foundation, Tottori Prefecture, and Keio SFC. This research will focus on practices and local resources aimed at pursuing Daisen Town's inherent "richness of connections" and "self-sufficiency rate of enjoyment."

In doing so, they plan to utilize the highly participatory Daisen Town municipal television, "Daisen Channel," to consider specific projects and their underlying concepts.
