A Comment from Yuri Kato

I am unexpectedly happy and deeply honored to be recognized in this way.

However, I believe this achievement is not something I accomplished alone, but is the result of the support from everyone who has helped me. I will use this award as a source of encouragement and motivation, and I intend to devote myself even more to my research so as not to tarnish the honor of this award. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the faculty members for their warm guidance, to the members of the Shohei Matsukawa Laboratory, and above all, to the environment at SFC that allows me to devote myself to my studies.
