Application for Use of Shared Research Labs for AY 2015
If you wish to use a Shared Research Lab in AY 2015, please complete the application
procedures as outlined below.
1. Please fill out the "Application Form for Use of Shared Research Lab."
* Applications are required for all cases: new use, renewal, and renewal with changes.
Please note that you may not be allocated a Shared Research Lab if an application is not submitted.
* For new applications or in cases where the project name changes significantly, please also fill out and submit the "Statement of Reasons for Use of Shared Research
Lab."
* If you will be vacating your Shared Research Lab at the end of AY 2014, please mark the "Vacate" section on the "Application Form for Use of Shared Research Lab,"
be sure to enter the scheduled date of departure, and submit the
form.
2. A contribution for coordination costs is required for the use of Shared Research Labs, with the exception of specific uses determined by the executive board for policy reasons.
After review by the Facilities and Environment Committee, it has been decided that the amount of the coordination costs contribution will remain the same as in AY 2014. This policy aims to clarify the objective of using these funds to improve the future educational and research environment at SFC.
We ask for your understanding in this matter.
○ Coordination and Usage Fees
For Shared Research Labs in Building κειολτν, a fee is charged for the portion of the usage area exceeding 20 m² per full-time faculty member
(4,000 yen/tsubo/month).
For Shared Research Labs in Building Delta and Building Zeta, a fee is charged for the usage area (6,000 yen/tsubo/month).
