Keio University SFC 25th Anniversary Project
Guidelines for Logo Mark Submissions
The Faculty of Policy Management and the Faculty of Environment and Information Studies (SFC) will celebrate their 25th anniversary in 2015. We are calling for logo mark designs to be used for the commemorative events and other related activities.
□ Purpose
We are seeking submissions for the SFC 25th anniversary logo mark. The selected logo mark will be used on various occasions, such as the various 25th-anniversary events held throughout the year, the official SFC website, pamphlets, commemorative merchandise, business cards, envelopes, and templates for academic presentations. We hope that students and alumni will propose unique logo marks with original concepts, distinct from the regular SFC logo, to contribute to future SFC public relations activities.
□ Eligibility
Applicants must meet one of the following conditions.
Alumni of the Faculty of Policy Management, Faculty of Environment and Information Studies, Faculty of Nursing and Medical Care, Graduate School of Media and Governance, or Graduate School of Health Management
Current students of the faculties and graduate schools listed above
Current students or alumni of Keio Shonan Fujisawa Junior and Senior High School
Members of the Keio Research Institute at SFC
Faculty and staff of Keio University
□ Submission Contents
Please submit your work by email to the address below. The submission should be in both JPEG and PDF formats, and the total file size must not exceed 2MB. Please provide both color and grayscale versions of your work.
There is no limit to the number of submissions, but please send each design in a separate email.
When submitting, please include your name, affiliation, and academic year. Alumni should also include their year of graduation (in the Western calendar) and the faculty from which they graduated.

□ Selection Process
Submissions will be strictly reviewed by a selection committee.
□ Important Notes
Submissions must be original, unpublished works. They will not be returned. The copyright for the submitted work will be transferred to Keio University.
Designs that use Keio University's The Pen Mark or are based on The Pen Mark are not permitted.
The selected work may be modified in consultation with the applicant.
□ Selection Results
The results will be announced on the official SFC website, and the winner will be notified separately.
The winner and runners-up will receive a commemorative gift.
□ Submission Deadline: Midnight on Friday, October 17, 2014 *The deadline is strict.
