Professor Kenji Watanabe of the Faculty of Environment and Information Studies has launched a model project, commissioned by Kanagawa Prefecture, that utilizes a system (check sheet) for checking one's mibyo status. In this initiative, users answer questions on the mibyo check sheet in advance on a PC or smartphone. This determines ingredients suited to their physical constitution and condition. Meals using these ingredients are then provided at restaurants and lodging facilities. We are now recruiting facilities to cooperate with this service to further promote these efforts.
