Certificates
We handle the issuance of "Graduation (Completion) Certificates," "Transcripts," and other certificates. Please come directly to the Academic Affairs Office on the 1st floor of Building A, or they can be issued by mail. For details on required documents, fees, and procedures, please refer to the website below.
Since May 2012, for over-the-counter requests only, it has become possible to receive certificates at any campus office (Mita, Hiyoshi, Yagami, Shonan Fujisawa, Shinanomachi, Shiba-Kyoritsu), regardless of the campus of graduation (completion/withdrawal). Notification of Change of Address/Name
Graduates of SFC (Faculty of Policy Management, Faculty of Environment and Information Studies, Faculty of Nursing and Medical Care, Graduate School of Media and Governance, Graduate School of Health Management) who have changed their address or name, please notify the Office of Alumni Affairs via the link below.
