Reseach overview

これまでハイスキル外国人を中心に，いかに外国人労働者と日本企業のあいだで雇用関係が構築・維持・解消されているのかを，インタビュー調査および計量分析を用い，労使双方の視点から研究してきた。現在では議論の裾野を広げながら，マイノリティ性（その職場において少数派となりやすい性質）を有する人材と組織との雇用関係について多角的に検討している。
