Biography

General introduction

'''''''My present field of research is centered around the following three areas. First, I have been working within the field of translation studies, one of the main purposes of which is to find out the ''genius'' of the language, by making a comparison between the original text and the target text. Seconly, I am interested in the study of metaphor and simile from the perspective of cognitive linguistics. Thirdly, based on applied linguistics, I have been involved with writing and editing English textbooks for high school students (to be approved by the Ministry of Education).'''''''
