The Keio University Global Research Institute's "2040 Independence and Self-Respect Project" will hold a dialogue symposium as a special lecture for the MUFG-endowed course from 14:00 on Monday, December 19, 2022. In this symposium, we will welcome Takeshi Yoro, Professor Emeritus at the University of Tokyo, and Tesshu Shaku, President of Soai University, to discuss the changing perspectives on "death," "the body," and "the soul" in a society with a high death rate.
