Report on the 16th Shiba-Kyoyaku Festival

2023/10/17

On Saturday, October 7, and Sunday, October 8, the 16th Shiba-Kyoyaku Festival, the school festival of the Faculty of Pharmacy, was held, attracting a total of 844 visitors over the two days.

Visitors enjoyed a variety of events, including indoor and outdoor performances and food stalls by student organizations and first-year classes, campus tours popular with prospective students, consultation sessions where prospective students could talk with current students, laboratory introductions via poster displays and video streaming, and the first-ever survey project compiling the honest opinions of Faculty of Pharmacy students.

The theme for this year's festival, held in person for the first time in four years, was "Change." The Shiba-Kyoyaku Festival, which the organizing Shiba-Kyoyaku Festival Executive Committee created through trial and error, was bustling with the energy of visitors and students.
