Joined the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and was responsible for setting standards such as maximum levels for mycotoxins in feed. In her third year, she was seconded to the Ministry of the Environment and is currently engaged in reviewing systems for environmental management of enclosed coastal seas. Leveraging the scientific thinking skills acquired during her research life at Keio, she is working on establishing rules for food safety and environmental conservation.
