New AI systems, driven by large-scale parallel processing and massive data processing, are expected to make significant contributions to the fields of medicine and health. They will significantly change how medical care is provided and how health is managed, including improving the efficiency of medical systems, utilizing medical and health data, enabling personalized preventive medicine, and leveraging PHRs. On the other hand, the introduction of AI has also brought various societal issues to the forefront, such as privacy, intellectual property, and fairness. It is insufficient to simply promote the use of AI within individual specialized fields. A comprehensive approach is needed, encompassing technologies such as the Internet, data centers, cloud infrastructure, data distribution, and the AI algorithms themselves, to promote an AI-premised medical DX that allows for collaboration among various parties. At the Keio University Cyber Civilization Research Center, we have been sharing a roadmap for the future of DX in medicine and health with various experts and have continued these discussions. This article is a record of cross-disciplinary and practical discussions among medical professionals and AI engineers, transcending the boundaries of academia and industry, on the creation of a medical society premised on AI.

In recent years, web3 has become more widespread in Japan, and we are entering an era where general users will use these services on a daily basis. Amidst this, while regulations for crypto-asset exchange service providers are being reviewed and revised, systematic legal and policy discussions have not yet taken place for web3 wallet services where users manage their own assets, despite their growing use. Therefore, this research focuses on wallets, which are the cornerstone of web3, and aims to examine their legal nature, the current state of regulation, and the direction of future policy responses, taking into account practical perspectives.
