Summary
The Keio Leadership Center conducts activities centered on both research and education to cultivate individuals capable of demonstrating true leadership. We provide education from various perspectives—including negotiation and dialogue studies, which are essential for solving the challenges we face, as well as coaching and leadership theory—to foster logical communication skills. Furthermore, we collaborate with researchers overseas to incorporate the latest global leadership research into our programs, continuously integrating these findings into our educational curriculum. Specifically, we address themes such as foundational leadership education, negotiation studies, dialogue studies, SDGs and leadership, global security governance, and cryptocurrency.
