About the Free Distribution of Sanitary Products
The Office for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion is distributing free sanitary products to undergraduate and graduate students as part of the "Women's Body Support - Breeze Project."
We hope that this support will help students lead a comfortable university life.
Students who wish to receive the products should follow the instructions below.
■ Details of Support
Selected applicants will be provided with the following sanitary products at the University Co-op on their respective campuses.
(*Due to inventory management, products can only be picked up at the campus where you are enrolled.)

・For heavy day use to normal day use (with wings), 8-pack x 1
・For night use 400 (with wings), 3-pack x 2

■ Application Method

■ Application Period
Monday, April 20, 2026 – Monday, May 11, 2026, until 13:00
■ Notification of Pickup Method
Monday, May 18, 2026 (Scheduled)
All applicants will be notified of the selection results via their keio.jp email address.
*If the number of applications exceeds the planned distribution quantity, selection may be prioritized based on the responses to each question in the application form.
■ Pickup Period and Method
・From receipt of the "Pickup Information Email" until June 11
・Pickup will be at the Co-op store on your enrolled campus (details will be provided in the email).
・A student ID card (IC card) is required for pickup. Please note that you cannot receive the items if you forget it.
・Items may be out of stock depending on the inventory status of the Co-op store. In such cases, please understand that pickup will be at a later date.
■ Important Notes
*When applying, you will need to enter your student ID number and campus information.
*If you are logged into a Google account other than keio.jp in your web browser, you will not be able to access the application form. Please open your Google account and log in again with your keio.jp account.
(After switching accounts, it is recommended to close the browser once and restart it.)
*Pickup is not possible before the notification of the pickup method or after the pickup period has ended.
*Due to inventory management, distribution is not conducted at campuses other than the one where you are enrolled.
*The right to receive the items cannot be transferred to others.
