About the Free Distribution of Menstrual Products

As part of the “Women’s Body Support - Breeze Project,” the Office for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion

is providing free menstrual products to female students of this university who are facing financial difficulties.

We hope that this support will help students enjoy a comfortable university life.

Students who wish to receive the products should follow the procedures below.

■Details of Support

Successful applicants will receive the following menstrual products at the university co-op on their home campus.

(*Due to product inventory management, products can only be picked up at your home campus.)

[Products Available]

・For heavy to regular daytime flow, with wings (8-count) x 1 pack

・For nighttime, 400mm with wings (3-count) x 2 packs

(A simple, large paper bag will be provided, but please bring your own bag if necessary.)

■Eligibility

This program is for female undergraduate and graduate students (degree-seeking, commuting students only) of this university who are facing financial difficulties.

■Application Period

From Monday, April 17 to 1:00 p.m. on Monday, May 8

■Selection Criteria

If the number of applications exceeds the number of available products, priority will be given to applicants who are determined to have a higher need based on their answers to the questions on the application form.

■Notification of Selection Results

Monday, May 15 (tentative)

All applicants will be notified of the selection results via a keio.jp Message.

■Pickup Period and Method

・From the time you receive the pickup notification email with the selection results until Friday, June 9.

・Products can be picked up at the co-op store on your home campus (details will be provided by email).

・Your student ID card (IC card) is required for pickup. Please note that you will not be able to receive the products if you forget it.

・Products may be out of stock depending on the co-op store's inventory. In such cases, please understand that you will need to pick them up at a later date.

■Important Notes

*When applying, you will be asked to enter your student ID number and home campus information.

*If you are logged into your web browser with a Google account other than your keio.jp account, you will not be able to access the application form. Please open your Google account settings and log in again with your keio.jp account.

(After switching accounts, we recommend closing and restarting your browser.)

*Pickup is not possible before the selection results are announced or after the pickup period has ended.

*Due to product inventory management, distribution is not available at campuses other than your home campus.

*The right to receive these products cannot be transferred to others.
