About the Free Distribution of Sanitary Products

The spread of COVID-19 has also affected the financial situation of Keio students.

In addition, some students may be facing financial difficulties for other reasons.

As part of the "Women's Body Support - Breeze Project," the Office for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion will provide free sanitary products to female students at this university who are facing financial insecurity.

We hope that this support will help students lead a more comfortable university life.

Students who wish to receive the products should follow the instructions below.

■ Support Details

Successful applicants will receive the following sanitary products at the university co-op on their registered campus.

(*Due to inventory management, products can only be picked up at your registered campus.)

・For heavy to regular daytime flow, with wings (8-pack) x 1

・For nighttime, 400mm with wings (3-pack) x 2

(A simple, large paper bag will be provided, but please bring your own bag if necessary.)

■ Eligibility

This support is for female undergraduate and graduate students (regular, commuting students only) at this university

who are facing financial insecurity due to circumstances such as a loss of income from part-time jobs or financial hardship in their household making it difficult to receive sufficient allowance, as a result of the spread of COVID-19 or other reasons.

■ Application Period

From Monday, December 12 to 1:00 p.m. on Monday, December 26

■ Selection Criteria

Applicants will be selected based on their answers to the questions in the application form. Those determined to have a higher priority based on their total score will be given preference, and the final decision will be made after adjusting for the number of available products.

■ Notification of Selection Results

Thursday, January 12 (tentative)

All applicants will be notified of the selection results via keio.jp Message.

■ Pickup Period and Method

・From the time you receive the confirmation email indicating you have been selected until Friday, March 17.

・Pickup will be at the co-op store on your registered campus (details will be provided by email).

・Your student ID card (IC card) is required for pickup. Please note that you will not be able to receive the products if you forget it.

・Products may be out of stock depending on the inventory at the co-op store. In such cases, please understand that you will need to pick them up at a later date.

■ Important Notes

* When applying, you will be required to enter your student ID number and information about your registered campus.

* You will not be able to access the application form if you are logged into your web browser with a Google account other than your keio.jp account. Please open your Google account settings and log in again with your keio.jp account.

(After switching accounts, we recommend closing and restarting your browser.)

* Pickup is not possible before the selection results are announced or after the pickup period has ended.

* Due to inventory management, distribution is not available at campuses other than your registered campus.

* The right to receive the products cannot be transferred to others.
